What Sylvia needed.

Sylvia's Basket sells curated grocery and household products. Customers were ordering through WhatsApp, which worked at small scale but created fulfilment chaos as order volume grew.

The brief was clear: build an online store customers can use on mobile, with checkout that supports M-Pesa and card payments through iPay. No complex admin. No slow page loads. Something that runs.
